Objective

The primary function of this position is to inspect fruit for defects according to specifications provided, i.e. color, shape, bruises, softness, grade, sunburn and punctures. As the fruit moves across the sorting table, the worker will sort out defective fruit. Additionally, the worker removes any leaves or debris from the fruit and being able to work with packaging equipment, focus on distribution of final product while maintaining consistent work flow.

Objective
